They were the first to venture into using an IP based telephony solution which gives them IP (Internet Protocol) based Telephony services. This gives them added felxibility in Moves, Adds and Changes besides giving it's users seamless access to voice, data, internet and email from their desktop through add-on applications and integration to them. This facility allows any authorized person at Hayley's to plug-in to the network at any location where the network coverage is there and access any of the services that he is authorised to access using a password authentication.
