When an entire group of companies is linked within an integrated communications network, its personnel communicate with each other somewhat differently. That’s exactly what has happened to John Keells Holdings – comprising over 7000 employees in 110 locations. This follows the commissioning of an integrated communications solution – for voice, data and video – linking all John Keells offices throughout Sri Lanka, with the Head Office as its hub. This project was successfully designed and implemented by KBSL.

As a result, communication between all offices within the Group has improved by vast strides. And it hardly requires the use of paper. Cost of communication too is much lower than before, while productivity has improved considerably. Of course, going virtual has also made our offices virtually paperless.
