Royal Ceramics' business challenge was to manage their information flow across their show rooms, stores, factories and head quarters in the most effective way in order to mobilise their resources effectively. Obviously, the return on investment was a key criteria to any investment in terms of infrastructure. The solution that we proposed to address theri challenges was one of ingenuity, a converged, secure network eco-system for ther data and voice requirments based on Cisco's range of product offerings.
This gave Royal ceramics the ability to converge their network infrastructure into an Intranet for both their voice and data requirmeents whic is secure, available, easily manageable at an affordable price. What more we helped them to minimize their operational costs in terms of call charges and telephone bills by facilitating Voice over IP on their Intranet.
