KBSL had their Kick-off for FY2004/5 on Thursday, 08th July 2004 at Grand Ballroom, Galle Face Hotel to boost up their moral to the new financial year after ending an excellent year of performance.

As part of the ceremony, 21 staff  who had excelled in the FY2003/4 were recognized and awarded.
