KBSL Information Technologies has been awarded the Great Place to Work® certification for the period of May 2021 to April 2022. The certification recognizes the company as being an empowering organisation that has created positive employee experiences, high-trust relationships, and a workplace that is fair and equal. The report concluded that KBSL’s Trust Index ® score had a significant 11-point jump as well as an increase in Culture Audit ® score since the last assessment. Participation in the audit also saw a substantial improvement from last year with 94% of employees partaking in the survey, exemplary of the employees’ confidence that their feedback will make a difference. Moreover, to achieve this certification while working through the challenges of a global pandemic distinguishes KBSL as an employer of choice and further motivates employees while boosting confidence in the organisation.
