The role requires the Senior Systems Engineer to drive both the pre-sales and post-sales activities of the division. He/she will be expected to act as an advocate for the product portfolio carried by KBSL in fulfilling the interests of the customer and assist sales teams in positioning appropriate solutions. The employee will also be expected to address the technical support matters arising in various Telco Grade Technologies.
Should possess a Degree in Telecommunication, Computer, Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
Is expected to have over 3 years of experience in Telecom environment and a broader understanding of the technologies in an IT landscape.
Should have a dynamic personality with a thirst for knowledge and achievement.
With experience of working in a Telecom Technical Division or at a Systems Integrator will be advantageous.
At a high level, the role will require the following,
Drive the post-sales activities, ie. Support related activities.
Assist in sales activities through pre-sales engagements
Present KBSL solutions and convince customers
Meet the certification requirements
Respond to RFPs
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and in collaboration with the team
Keep an eye on the projects in discussion with project management team.
Candidates must possess good analytical skills and have a passion for problem solving and desire to learn new Telco technologies.
